This is Simon. He belongs to our daughter's bf's family. I've never met Simon but if the stories I've heard are any indication, he's quite the colorful character! He was a joy to paint... I mean a parrot AND a cherry!
On another note, we are heading out for our annual wilderness camping trek on beautiful Cape Breton Island. I won't be posting for 3 weeks...but I'll be painting a LOT! Any paintings sold while we are away, I will ship the first week of August. I apologize in advance for any inconvenience.

Bren, I just got back from a week long vacation and feel so rejuvenated. Good for you. Enjoy, treat yourself, paint, sleep, eat junk food, whatever. Have a wonderful time.

Marvelous color here, Brenda! I love the way they use their feet to manipulate food, etc. They really have personality, and I can see this one does, too. Enjoy your time in the outdoors!
