Lilac and Lily

I've always struggled with lilacs. So much detail. I squint and squint, but for lilacs, that's not helped. This time I tried a different trick for reducing the detail. I used Photoshop to blur the image for me. I think this is the most successful I've been with lilacs. Here's some of the music I grooved to. You're right about painting lilacs! I just love 'em, but painting them is a challenge. They're usually a mass which is difficult to differentiate, yet they are delicate which one wants to capture. I'd say you did a magnificent job!
