Oh Happy Day!

Last Wednesday was a momentous day for me.  Momentous in a private quiet sort of way. It was the first day in well over a month I've felt well enough to be at my easel. Oh happy day! And luckily the sunflowers are in full bloom! Here's some musical accompaniment.

When Brenda Paints

Oh, happy day,
oh, happy day,
oh, happy day,
oh, happy day,
when Brenda paints,
when Brenda paints,
when Brenda paints,
when Brenda paints,
oh, happy day,
oh, happy day,
oh, happy day,
oh, happy day,
she paints her joys,
she paints her joys,
she paints her joys,
she paints her joys,
oh, happy day,
oh, happy day,
she brushes blues away,
oh, happy day,
oh, happy day,
oh, happy day.

Brenda,
That's great news that you felt well enough to paint and your joy is expressed in the art. I love your sunflower pictures! The 3rd graders will be starting their sunflower paintings on Wed. I still have a couple of yours that I show them for inspiration!
Love,Angeli
