Order

This is a little rectangular shallow bowl I have, no bigger than my palm. It looks oriental to me. I am having the best time practicing painting shadows.  I like the colors in this one. Here's some sweet easy music to paint to.

Capturing You

I have a shallow bowl,
no bigger than my palm,
and with its shadows caste
I paint its simple charm.

The grapes accent the back;
the leaves are set in blue;
the sea shells line up straight;
the shadows capture hue.
