Shades of Red

More bees! They're everywhere...just doing our part to pollinate!  I love these orangey-red sunflowers. Tomorrow my friend and fellow artist, Kath and I are heading to the Common Ground Country Fair. It's where we snap TONS of reference photos for months of inspiration. I shoot produce and sheep and Kath photographs gentle hippies! :o) Can't wait!

    Hi Brenda! I have been looking for you and today you are right next to me in the 30 day line up. I had to say hello and love the sun flower painting. So in tune with Maine weather today.

    lovely croppings both!... and i especially love the bee! the sunflower is so like the sun! gee suz...ya think? um...duh! bright and alive!
