I begin every summer by thinking things will slow down. I mean, it's summer... right? But every time, I'm surprised all over again by how busy it gets! It's all good...and I'll paint when I can!  I began this one on a panel toned with Permanent Rose which I rarely do, but it worked out just how I'd hoped.
