Rest

I love that, even though the roses in the last few paintings had gone by, they're still beautiful/paintable. I like the angle of this one. It was done on an untoned panel as opposed to yesterday's post which was done on a black primed panel. Here's some of the musical inspiration...inflatable dolls and all!

    Brenda your overblown roses are stunning! you have really captured the wilted softness of the petals. Beautiful composition!

    Outstanding!! I love the touch of blue on the petals echoing the shadow! also love the point of view and composition as always!
