Tangent

This painting was sort of an afterthought to the series, so it looks a bit different, though I did use the same stones. I really liked the way the stones' shadow connected with the long thin brush shadow. And after a few random paintings, there's another stones series coming up. I'm excited!

    Wow, Brenda, this is my favorite, I love the sparkle on the silver ferrule of the brush, too.
    You have me convinced that working in series is the way to go so I hope I get a great idea for one soon so I can try it.
