Miles to Go Before I Eat

Another in the porcelain pig series. I thought he looked like he was gazing wistfully into the distance up there on the mound of grapes, thus the title. And here's some great painting music suggested by a friend. (To continue looking at the art while you listen, right click on the colored word 'music' and go to Open Link in New Tab.)

  1. Miles to Go Before...

    "Shooting pigs never stop,

even when they reach the top,

    here comes a supernova,

    there goes a grape pushover,

    who, ha, who, ha, ha,

we're a long way from home,

    who, ha, who, ha, ha,

but I have miles to go before I eat,

    who, ha, who, ha, ha,

    welcome to the painter dome,"

    thought piggy as Brenda brushed

    by with her colors

    doing her thing in her

    masterful way.
