Somebody to Lean On

3 of my favorite joys of painting:

*Getting that glow

*Using the final strokes to heighten contrast with the lightest highlights and deepest shadows

*Ever so subtly defining, and more importantly losing, edges so they fade into nothingness

This is one painting where I experienced all three. JOY!
