Layered

This was a fun one to paint. There's so much to an onion like this...peeling layers, end roots, top stalk and all kinds of squiggley things I don't know the names for!

    WOW! This painting is just awesome, Bren. All of those thin layers peeling back appear so delicate! And the colors are just great! Difficult to make red on red work, but you've pulled it off beautifully. Way to go!
