Five Phoebes

Here's the second version of the phoebe nest. Equally as fun to paint. I started this one on a panel ever so lightly tinted with Ultramarine.  This view is also a bit closer so the eggs are larger. Here's the musical inspiration.

    Lovely to see them
    tucked in between the
    warm oranges and
    the mix of cool greens
    from confident strokes
    of a sure brush, nice.
