Ripe and Ready

I had fun with the colors in this plum. Still working on the black gessoed backgrounds and discovering the ins and outs of them. I prepped twelve more panels today...so there's plenty more to come!     Love the plum and all the purples in the draping. I love painting on the black gesso don't you?

    Beautiful plum and the fabric is wonderfully done. You really got nice dimension on the roundness of the plum.
